Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Each wine bottle is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer reliable shipping both domestically and internationally:

• Slovenia: Standard shipping – 2–5 business days

• European Union: Standard shipping via DHL / GLS – 5–10 business days

• International Shipping: Standard international shipping – 7–15 business days (customs processing may affect delivery times)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over €100 within Slovenia.

Handling & Packaging
All wine bottles are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage immediately.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us at sales@villamirage.net within 48 hours. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges
