Return & Refund Policy – Villa Mirage Wines

14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, unopened and unused, with original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@villamirage.net. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it.


Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product as outlined above. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened wine bottles

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition received, unused, with original packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
